The Conservatory is in Eden Park, just east of downtown Cincinnati.   This nice little bridge is a feature in the Park of a small area overlooking the larger but not shown Ohio River.   In the background is the St. James Condominium, built for luxury living in the late 1980's.   It is sixteen floors with four penthouses occupying the top two floors, each of the four being of two floors. The penthouses are 4,000 square feet each with a personal elevator between floors.   The other units were almost 2,600 square feet and there are four per floor.   Indoors there is a lap pool, sauna, exercise room and guest quarters for visitors.   Outside there is a tennis court and swimming pool. Indoor parking for 104 cars and outside parking for another 40 cars.   How do I know all this, I was the Project Manager for the construction of this building.   It is about the most efficiently designed building I have ever seen. With two 2-door elevators, the elevator opens into one's unit, not a corridor.   From most units the view of the Ohio River is stunning.
